DALA H1 is only 0.5kg (including battery), comfortable size for a single hand holding. H x W x L: 20.7 x 3.3 x 5.7 cm. It is surely the world’s most compact handheld wire diameter laser micrometer designed and developed by SCreate DALA with the diffraction technology for portable and accuracy measurement of ultra fine wire diameter either on or off-line..

The Build-in battery is MSDS certified, provides environment friendly, safety and long battery life for a full-day duty (8~10 hours). The unit can be charged via power adapter, or by a regular portable mobile power charger.

 Up to 20,000 measurements are saved in the memory of the H1, associated with the date and time. It supports overwrite if when saved measurements exceed 20,000. Through a USB connection, data can be downloaded to PC.



Flexibility

H1 comes with a HD OLED display, a Start/Off/Record button, and 4-key function buttons: Up, Down, Confirm, Back. It suits almost all kinds of applications like on-line and off-line, and friendly to travel with you with no extra device required.

You can switch the measurement metric between mm (four digits) and μm (five digits) by your demand.

It allows linearity operation through function keys and menu for easy calibration and maintenance. For security, PIN code is required to access and process for this operation.


Unmatched advantages


Different with laser scan micrometer, there is no rotating-mirror (motor) inside of H1 wire gauge, which not just allows it to be designed in more compact size, but also the best technology for a portable device as no moving parts inside. It eliminates the mechanical draft which may occur in a middle or long use.

Dust Alarm

Exposed to the enviroment like wire drawing plant in a long time, such precision instruments can be affected when dust covers the optical lens. H1 is less sensitive to dust on lens, but also can be affected if heavy dust covered its lens. When heavy dust is detected by H1, it gives you an alarm on OLED display to remind you to clean the surface of its lens.

 

Wire Vibration & Jitter-error

Laser diffraction offers real-time reading, and more tolerate than scanning technology. While using H1 in-line testing wire diameter, H1 offers a leading performance of uncertainly as <0.05% x Dia.
