D360 is one of the highest accuracy off-line fine wire diameter & ovality laser measurement instrument in the field, includes a bench-top non-contact laser diffraction gauge with OLED display build-in, which can be a standalone laser gauge for in-line diameter control.
When the wire sample rotation is selected and fixed on the D360 gauge, it allows user to manually rotate wire sample in 360°, and acquire hundreds of real-time diameter data to calculate for a the ovality.

For customers who want to deploy an in-line diameter & ovality laser gauge, SCreate is proudly to introduce a new model O2-201-XY, which is using laser diffraction technique, a dual-axis and synchronous sampling laser gauge for in-line diameter & ovality measurements.
O2-201-XY is the product particularly designed for fine wire with diameter from 0.015 to 1mm, and if you look around the other laser gauges, you will realize the O2-201-XY delivers the highest accuracy.
